How can I order from you?
People based in Malta are encouraged to contact us to organise a product viewing. Product viewings are available at our premises at (University Heights) Msida.
International customers are advised to contact us prior to making payment. We may offer you a discount for making payment by bank transfer. Alternatively, international customers can also purchase through our online basket which will link you securely to PayPal.
Both international and Maltese customers can also e-mail us their order and specific order requirements, using the Contact Us feature above.
How can I pay for the items?
We offer several payment solutions including PayPal, Bank Transfer, Personal Cheque (Malta only) and Cash (Malta only).
Ideally, in Malta we prefer payment by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
International customers are encouraged to contact us regarding payment. We prefer payment by bank transfer although we also accept payments through PayPal.
What if I cant afford to pay in one payment?
No problem at all. We understand Your Wedding can be a significant financial strain. We will prepare your items for dispatch against a deposit of 30% of the total amount. When full payment is made, we will dispatch your goods. Please Contact Us immediately after placing your order to advise us of your payment intentions. We are very understanding of each individuals financial circumstances so we will be extremely flexible with payment options.
Do you offer assistance in choosing the right items?
Absolutely! We actually encourage your contact and would be more than happy to offer suggestions on how we can help to add that special touch to your memorable day. We can be contacted either through the Contact Us section on our website.
Are all items available for immediate dispatch?
Yes. All items listed on our website are currently housed in our warehouse and are all available for immediate dispatch. The only exception are products listed under the Wedding Souvenirs - Available on Order category. As the name suggests, these items are not stocked although can be purchased on order.
How long will my order take to receive?
All items listed on our website are available for immediate dispatch and are usually sent within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Postage generally takes:
- Malta (same day delivery available)
- Europe 2-5 working days
- North and South America 5-9 working days
- Asia 5-9 working days
- Australasia 5-9 working days
- Africa 5-9 working days

How are the items packed?
We absolutely ensure all items are packaged in a suitable manner. All breakable items like glass and ceramics are bubble wrapped and all items are sent in boxes with suitable protection.
What are your opening hours?
We are an e-commerce based business making us available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All messages sent via the online Contact Us feature or e-mail will be answered on the same day - generally within 2 hours of receipt. We are also contactable on Live Chat and phone for an immediate response.
Do you provide samples?
Yes we do. For international customers, all our items have a minimum order quantity of one so you can simply purchase several different products and then make an informed decision on what specific items will help make your special day that little bit more memorable. For customers in Malta, most items are available for viewing by appointment. We strictly do not sell individual items to those present in Malta and carry a minimum order of 15.00.
Can we see samples in person without ordering online?
Customers wanting to see samples of products in person can do so by contacting us through the Contact Us feature on our website or by clicking here. We are based at University Heights, Malta and product viewings are available 7 days a week.
What if I dont like my items when they arrive?
While we go to great lengths to ensure our items are of the highest quality, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full replacement or Money Back Guarantee. Please refer to our Money Back Guarantee policy by clicking here.
Are my personal details kept confidential?
