Terms & Conditions - for e-commerce orders
1. Payment
We accept payment through PayPal and direct bank transfer:
PayPal account: payments@your-wedding.eu
In the case of direct bank transfer, please contact us at payments@your-wedding.eu. We
will provide you with our bank account details, and advise you once payment has
cleared into our account.
2. Price Guarantee
We are so confident that our prices are the absolute best available anywhere in the world, we offer customers our Price Guarantee.
If before or within 7 days of purchasing any of our items you find the same item for a lower price than displayed on our website, we will match the price AND offer you a FREE GIFT.
Conditions:
- Items must be identical in every way including manufacturer, colour, packaging and brand.
- The competitor’s price must be proven by providing a website link or original advertisement.
- This offer does not include sale items or competitor distress and liquidation sales.
- Competitors item must be in stock and deliverable within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Goods
The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out on this e-commerce site without compromise. This is our promise!
4. Guarantees
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customerservices@your-wedding.eu for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note items must be returned:
a. within 7 days of receipt.
b. in same condition including packaging as when received.
5. Delivery and Packaging
We deliver to anywhere in the world by registered mail. We aim to post items within 48 hours of cleared payment. Upon dispatch, we
will provide you with your personal registered mail number (eligible
purchases only - refer above) upon request which can be tracked online.
Please note we also offer a courier service for an additional charge. Courier delivery times are generally quicker than our standard signed for registered post although this can not be guaranteed.
All items are packaged to ensure safe passage of goods including bubble wrap where required.
